Full in-home consultation is for independent doers that need assistance with choosing colors, decor, window treatment, furniture, and utilization of space. This specific service is catered towards clients who want to do the work themselves but need assistance with inspiration and ideas.
Initial Consultation ($150 per hour) - After a phone contact, we schedule an initial consultation where we get to learn about you and your design inspiration. Together we will review your space, discuss your goals and budget to develop and implement a scope of work, timeline, and design recommendations. We will review our process, and what to expect. Once you accept our proposal and we are in contract to begin the project, our first in-person meeting will be in your home where measurements will be taken.
Interior Design- We charge an hourly rate for all design services, and in some cases we can custom build a flat-fee proposal based on the entire scope of work. Contact us for your design needs and we can further discuss.
Purchases, we charge purchase price plus 25%. We purchase all furniture, decor, and art items for you after we receive payment from you, and you will not have to purchase anything. Or, you can self-purchase all furniture, decor and art to avoid any markups.
